Dropship Orders Quick Guide.
We have made dropshipping simple, cost effective and easy for all our customers. We have made each each item that we hold always in stock available for dropship.
On our website, each item that is available for dropship has an extra option value below the usual size and colour item options. If there is no dropship option value then this item is not available for dropship at this time. Please choose the dropship option for dropship orders or the wholesale option for orders that you require to be sent to your own registered address.
You will need to enter your customer's address as the shipping address as you proceed through checkout.
If you require your return address to be added to the back of the parcel please enter the desired address for the label in the order comments box when proceeding through checkout.
Our dropship fees are based on item value:
Items £10.00 and under incurr a 50p charge per item
Items £10.01 and above incurr a £1.00 charge per item.
VAT and postage (based on weight) are calculated at checkout.
No annual fees, no extra hidden charges.
The number of stocked lines available for dropship is likely to increase over time and will only decrease as lines are discontinued with our brands. Weekly updates are sent in our email newsletter so please make sure you are subscribed to be kept up to date.
No paperwork will be included in the parcel sent to your customer. Your customers order will be sent in a plain plastic mailing bag or a plain box depending on the size of the order. Your invoice can be seen by logging in to your account and viewing your order history at DGTG Wholesale.
All items made available for dropship are held in stock in a good quantity at all times, if however an item is out of stock you will be notified on the same day.
Wholesale customers please note, you will need to choose the wholesale option if ordering an item that is available for wholesale and dropship. Where the option does not appear the item is available for wholesale only. We do hold many more lines in stock and available for immediate delivery than we advertise for dropship but have chosen to limit the products for dropship for the meantime. For example, ranges such as Body Language Fashions we try to hold in stock at all times but in fairly low quantity and re-stocking can take up to 28 days.
Please remember that none of the products we supply are permitted for sale on eBay or any other auction websites.
