Catalogues: You may see our full ranges online. We do not provide catalogues, or sell them. All stock is regularly updated, so you can rest assured what we advertise we sell.
Product Images: We have available product images. All Images displayed on DGTG Wholesale found to be copied, and used on other sites, will result in legal action.
Minimum Order Values: As a wholesaler with many years retailing experience, we have decided that we will not have any minimum order value. We do not limit the quantity or value of an order.
Back Orders: From time to time, certain items maybe temporarily unavailable to us, if that arises we will inform you, and refund if necessary. If you are happy to wait we will get the items to you as soon as they arrive from the Manufacturer.
Carriage Charges:
Items are allocated a postage category depending on weight and dimensions, postage category is specified in each item description. You can mix and match across all categories to best suit your business requirements, there are some tips on the new customer information sheet to help you make the most of the postage system. The table below is a general guide:

Drop Shipping: We operate a user friendly drop shipping program. Full information is available here.
Returns Policy: As we are selling business to business, we do not accept returns of any items except those that are faulty. We will exchange an item for a like for like item only. If you need a refund, it must be agreed first with us through Customer Service. A returns form will then be emailed through to you, which you need to complete and return with the faulty items. Any returns without this form will not be refunded.
Sizing Charts: You can get a complete list of sizes for each manufacturer on the site however should you have a query please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
New Accounts: for all new acounts we will need the following before we activate your account, the web address, or shop address where you will be selling your items, and a valid phone number. We contact all UK accounts prior to activating an account to verify details, and answer any questions. If we cannot contact you we cannot activate your account. We contact you by phone, so if the details are incorrect your account won't be considered.
Payment: We accept the following forms of payment only, Paypal, and bank transfer. Items will not be dispatched before payment has been received.
If you wish to use a Paypal account, we only accept payment from Verified Paypal accounts, this is to prevent fraud. Use of an unverified Paypal account will result in your account with us being terminated, your payment refunded, and non delivery of item. We want our customers to be safe in the knowledge that when they use us, they are using a company that works hard to prevent fraud in any way.
Discontinued Lines: Each Friday we will send you an update containing any discontinued lines. Please update your site promptly, as this will prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Products: Are listed as net, please allow V.A.T. charged at 15%, and for any surcharge and postage.
Ebay: We will not sell or allow products obtained from us to be sold on Ebay. Any account holder found to be breaking this agreement will find their account with us terminated.
